Terms and Conditions

By accessing this site and using any function, to include purchasing and/or redeeming a Luxergy Experience or General Gift Card, browsing, and creating an account, you agree to be subject to the below terms and conditions (Terms & Conditions) in addition to all other applicable laws. Please read the below Terms & Conditions carefully.

Refunds are available only in the event that the purchased activity can no longer offered by Luxergy and it's affiliates. All refunds are subject to a 25% administration fee and will be issued to the purchaser of the reservation or gift certificate. Luxergy may also be required to uphold pre-existing vendor policies which may include additional penalties or forfeitures. Properly cancelled reservations may be rescheduled or exchanged for a Gift Certificate valid for 2 years from the date of original purchase.

To request a refund, send an email to containing the certificate or reservation number, purchaser name, address, telephone number and any additional information pertaining to the request. Expect a response within (10) business days.

Making a Purchase and/or Redeeming a Luxergy Gift Card
In order to purchase products or services throughout this site, you will be asked to provide credit card or other payment information. By providing said information, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Upon making a purchase through this site, you agree to pay all charges (including shipping and all applicable taxes) as a result of use of your credit card(s) or other form of payment at the stated prices upon checkout.

Luxergy automatically receives information regarding the activity conducted on this site and may use this information in relation to your demographic and usage of this site in any way that does not reveal your identity of personal information. Voluntarily submitted information to this site such as email and postal addresses, telephone numbers, and other personal information is known by Luxergy only. This information may be used when sending correspondences concerning purchases and/or bookings. This voluntary information may also be used to inform you of special events and occurrences relating to the matter in which our business is conducted.

Luxergy reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason. Purchases made through this site may be delayed and/or cancelled if accurate information is not provided by the purchaser or if Luxergy is unable to contact the purchaser.

Bookings are coordinated in advance with Luxergy partners and, as a result, if you fail to appear for your scheduled booking or fail to abide by the rescheduling policy (fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled date and time unless otherwise stated in the specific experience) set forth in each experience, you will forfeit the complete value of that experience.

While we make every attempt to book your experience on one of your suggested dates, all experience arrangements must be coordinated with our partners and therefore, are subject to their availability. We ask that you redeem your Experience Gift Card at least two (2) weeks prior to your intended experience date so that the proper arrangements can be made on your behalf.

Experience Gift Cards can be exchanged for any experience Luxergy offers. To exchange an experience, please follow the simple i. However, it is the sole responsibility of the recipient to cover the difference in cost should the new experience be of higher value. Any balance that remains after the exchange will be applied to the recipient’s Luxergy account and can be used toward future purchases.

All Luxergy experiences are subject to availability and will be booked in advance in accordance with the requirements established with Luxergy partners. Although this site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services found throughout the site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations. Luxergy reserves the right to limit, for any reason, any product or service to any person or geographic location desired.

Any offer for any product or service made in or through this site is void where prohibited.

Partner Cancellations
For your protection, any Luxergy partner may cancel booked experiences without prior notice in the unfortunate event of equipment malfunctions and/or failures. Cancellations may also be made on behalf of the service provider as a result of unavailability, illness, or other no-shows.

If such an instance should occur, you will be entitled to a re-book of the cancelled experience or you may exchange your experience for store credit, at which point all funds will be credited to your personal Luxergy account and may be applied toward the purchase of future Luxergy experiences. Luxergy is not responsible for any loss, damage, liability, or expense as a result of such cancellations.

Lost or Stolen Cards
Because Luxergy Gift Cards are not personalized, we are not responsible for the loss of or theft of any Luxergy Gift Card. In addition, Luxergy is not responsible for the loss of any experience or Gift Card as a result of fraud or identity theft.

Partners of Luxergy act independently in providing products and services to you and, as such, Luxergy will not be held responsible for any instances relating to particular providers. Luxergy makes no representation of any kind in relation to the actions of providers.

By utilizing this site and/or making a purchase, you hereby agree that all Luxergy experiences are subject solely to the terms and conditions of relevant providers and, as such, Luxergy will not be held liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, that occur as a result of participation in any experience located throughout this site.

Additionally, once a purchase is made, Luxergy and its affiliates are forever released from any and all claims whatsoever (monetarily, physically, or otherwise) that may occur as a result of participation in any Luxergy experience.
