How do I begin?
We have designed our website with your convenience in mind! You may easily browse our many experiences by specific category and even location. You may also find what you’re looking for by using the keyword search function at the top of each page throughout the site.

If you would like to speak to a live, friendly voice you can contact a LUXERGY customer service professional for assistance at 1-888-LUXERGY. Otherwise, you may present the recipient with a LUXERGY Gift Certificate, allowing them to choose their own experience.

What happens after I make a purchase?
After an experience is purchased, LUXERGY will ship out the Experience Gift Card to the intended recipient within 24 hours via United States Postal Service or UPS, dependent on location. If a rush order is required, we can even send it via email if your gift just can’t wait! In this particular instance the print out can be used in lieu of a LUXERGY Experience Gift Card.

The lucky recipient of the Experience Gift Card will receive a beautiful and chic LUXERGY Gift Packet. All Gift Packets have everything the recipient needs to get started, including the Experience Gift Card, redemption information, and directions for booking an experience on the LUXERGY website.

Can I change an experience after I’ve made a purchase?
Yes. You can always exchange your experience for any one of our more than 1,000 breathtaking experiences. However, please note that if the cost of your new experience is greater than that of the initial experience, the Experience Gift Card holder is solely responsible for the difference. If the newly chosen experience is less than the initial experience the appropriate customer account will be credited any remaining difference.

LUXERGY may impose an administrative fee if you decide to exchange one experience for another.

We also understand that unforeseen circumstances do arise. In the event that you need to change the dates of your scheduled experience, we will handle all issues on a case-by-case basis with the appropriate provider in an attempt to satisfy your every need. Nevertheless, LUXERGY must abide by any policy that the provider stipulates, which may include penalties or forfeiture. These policies will be detailed in the experience description.

Can I order a gift for myself?
Certainly! While LUXERGY Experience Gift Cards make the perfect gift, you are more than welcome to indulge yourself in one of our many breathtaking experiences. Simply select yourself from the dropdown menu upon ordering and the Experience Gift Card will be sent directly to you for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Will I need to pay sales tax?
For your convenience, we have included all applicable taxes in all LUXERGY experiences.

Once I pay LUXERGY, will I need to pay the provider?
We try to include all costs and fees in the price of our experiences so that all the recipient has to do is show up and savor their experience. However, participants may encounter some third party fees associated with certain experiences, and you can find these extra expenses in the experience description.

Furthermore, any mementos or additional services purchased directly from the supplier are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly detailed in the experience description.

What type of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we gladly accept American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa.  To avoid discrepancies, please print out your order confirmation page and retain for your records. We will also send your order confirmation via email.

How can I track my order?
After your gift has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the designated tracking number for your order. Use this number to locate your order on the appropriate shipper’s website.

How would my gift recipient know what to do?
Each Experience Gift Card will have easy to follow instructions for both redemption and use of the cards. You can also click here for step-by-step instructions on redeeming Experience Gift Cards.

How do I reserve a date for my experience gift I’ve received?
Once you receive your LUXERGY Experience Gift Card, you may schedule up to three (3) preferred dates for your experience by clicking on the redeem my gift link found at the top of each page throughout the LUXERGY site. Once you have completed the form and submitted it to LUXERGY, you will receive a confirmation receipt notice via email.

LUXERGY will then contact the appropriate vendor and schedule an experience on your behalf based on the dates you provided upon redemption of your experience Gift Card. If none of these dates are available, LUXERGY will provide three (3) alternative dates for you to choose from.

Once a reservation has been made, you will receive an email confirmation within four (4) business days detailing the date, time, and location of your experience. Please remember that booking are subject to availability as offered by our vendors and LUXERGY will make every attempt possible to satisfy your initial requirements. Although we cannot ensure that you will be able to book the experience on your specified date, we will try out best to accommodate you. If you have any additional questions, please send them to reservations@luxergy.com.

Can gift experience cards be exchanged for a different experience?
Yes. Experience Gift Cards can be exchanged for any experience LUXERGY offers. To exchange an experience, please click here. However, it is the sole responsibility of the recipient to cover the difference in cost should the new experience be of higher value. Any balance that remains after the exchange will be applied to the recipient’s LUXERGY account and can be used toward future purchases.

Is there an expiration date on the Gift Cards?
Yes. Each Gift Card will expire two (2) years from original date of issue. Unused Gift Cards can be traded for store credit in the “my account” section or by contacting customer service at 1-888-LUXERGY. Credits are automatically applied to future purchases by the account holder and are also valid for up to two (2) years.

Can I customize an experience?
Yes, but only if the experience is being offered by a single provider. Please call a LUXERGY customer service professional at 1-888-LUXERGY to customize your gift experience.

Can my recipient choose their own experience?
Of course! Experience Gift Cards can be tailored to your specific requirements for the recipient or a General Gift Card can be purchased, leaving the option of experience solely up to the recipient. If you cannot decide which experience would be best for your recipient, simply click on the General Gift Card link at the top of every page and you can decide on what denomination you would like to purchase.

Can experiences be rescheduled or cancelled?
LUXERGY is required to abide by pre-existing policies set forth by our many vendors, which may include penalties or forfeitures. However, LUXERGY strives to make every experience an enjoyable one and will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue with the relevant vendor on a case-by-case basis should an unavoidable occurrence arise.

Can I give my experience to someone else?
Most certainly! If a selected LUXERGY experience is not desired by the recipient it can be exchanged for store credit and held in the recipient’s personal account. This credit is good for one (1) year from exchange date. After store credit is applied an experience may be purchased for another recipient. To eliminate fraud, we do not offer direct exchange from one person to another.

Will LUXERGY price match an experience if I’ve found it cheaper somewhere else?
Regrettably, we don’t offer price matching. As we strive to offer unique high-quality experiences to our customers at all times, we cannot always provide the lowest prices based on the uniqueness of some of our experiences. Nevertheless, if you locate a similar experience with another provider at a significantly lower cost, please contact us at 1-888-LUXERGY and we will make every attempt to satisfy your every need.

Are there any restrictions that need to be considered before selecting an experience?
Some experiences stipulate that the recipient meet certain age, weight, height, and even health requirements. Restrictions are clearly defined in each experience description throughout the site, so you will know whether or not these specifications apply to the experience you are purchasing. Charges may apply that occur as a result of an experience being cancelled due to the fact that minimum requirements have not been met.

I’ve received the wrong item, what should I do?
If you feel we have made an error, please contact a customer service professional immediately at 1-888-LUXERGY to correct the oversight.

How do I use the balance on my certificate?
After signing in any remaining balance will appear in the my account section of the LUXERGY site and any remaining balance will show in an individual’s private account. Simply select a new experience you would like to give someone or purchase for yourself and the remaining balance will be credited toward that purchase. Any additional funds required are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please remember that any credit remaining will expire one year from the original issue date.

What if I don’t show up for a scheduled experience?
Each LUXERGY experience has the cancellation policy clearly listed in the experience details. If you fail to show or do not meet the cancellation deadline the experience will be forfeited.

Do you offer insurance?
Every LUXERGY vendor is required by law to maintain public liability insurance but no direct insurance is offered by LUXERGY. We suggest that each recipient make the proper arrangements for their own insurance. Please note that some experiences will require the participant to sign a waiver before the experience begins.

LUXERGY will send an email notification when a specified special date is approaching so there is plenty of time (approximately seven (7) days) to reward that special someone with a one-of-a-kind LUXERGY Experience Gift Card.
